FAQs

1. How do 'Printable Vouchers' work?

Printable vouchers allow you to get an offer offline in store or in a restaurant. To get the voucher you just need to click on the link and you'll either be taken directly to download the voucher or to the retailer or restaurant site. You then need to print the voucher and make sure you take it with you to redeem the discount. Some stores request further information before providing the voucher online, this is often just a name and email address.

2. How do 'Offers' work?

Offers for retailers and brands are listed on the site - to redeem the offer you just need to click on the 'Go To Deal' link and you'll be taken directly to the store offering the discount. The website will open in a separate window so don't be surprised when the new tab/window opens.

3. How do 'Voucher Codes' work?

A voucher code (also know as a promo/discount/coupon code) is a letter/number combination which you enter in the dedicated code box on the retailer's website during the checkout stage. The discount will then be applied and you will be able to see this within your basket - please ensure you check the upper/lower case as it may not work if the code is entered incorrectly. When you click on the 'Get Code and Open Site' button you will find that the voucher code is displayed and the retailer's website will open in a separate tab. Just copy and paste the code when you get to the checkout stage after placing items in your basket.
